Cancellation of Services: Clients may cancel their engagement with INFINITY SYSTEMS at any time by providing written notice. The effective date of cancellation will be the date of receipt of such notice. However, certain services may require a specified notice period as detailed in the service agreement.
Cancellation by INFINITY SYSTEMS: INFINITY SYSTEMS reserves the right to cancel or suspend any service at any time due to circumstances such as non-payment, breach of terms, or any other reason deemed appropriate by the company. If services are canceled by INFINITY SYSTEMS, the client will be notified in advance and a refund, if applicable, will be processed according to the terms outlined in this policy.
Refund Eligibility:
Refunds are subject to the following conditions:
1. If the cancellation occurs before the project or service has commenced, a full refund will be issued, minus any non-refundable administrative fees.
2. If the cancellation occurs after the commencement of the project or service, refunds will be processed on a pro-rata basis based on the work completed and the costs incurred up to the point of cancellation.
3. For ongoing or subscription-based services, the refund will be processed for unused services or subscription periods.
Non-Refundable Services: Certain services, including but not limited to custom software development, system integration, and consulting work that has already been initiated or completed, may not be eligible for a refund. Any non-refundable services will be explicitly stated in the service agreement.
Request for Refund: To request a refund, clients must contact INFINITY SYSTEMS in writing via email or official communication channels within 8 days of service cancellation. All refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and the client will be notified of the outcome within 8 business days from the date of the request.
Processing Time for Refunds: Refunds, if applicable, will typically be processed within 8 business days from the approval of the refund request. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed upon.
No Refunds for Services Rendered: Refunds will not be provided for any services that have already been fully rendered or delivered as per the terms of the agreement. This includes completed software, delivered reports, or finished projects, where the client has already received the agreed-upon deliverables.
Amendments to the Policy: INFINITY SYSTEMS reserves the right to amend or update this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and clients will be notified of the changes in advance. Continued use of our services after the changes will constitute acceptance of the new policy.
